From Project Manager to Vice President — Driving the Growth of Our Commercial EV Charging Division
When Todd Pegelow joined Renua Energy in January 2021 as our EV Charging Station Project Manager, we were at an important growth stage as a company. It didn’t take long to realize we had someone special on the team.
Todd has become an integral part of Renua by demonstrating a relentless commitment to our customers—from the initial sales conversation through permitting, installation, and final commissioning. His attention to detail and tireless work ethic have played a major role in the growth we’ve experienced over the past couple of years.
What stands out most is his mindset. Todd never approaches a challenge with a “that’s not my job” attitude. He steps up wherever needed and consistently advocates for our customers and our team. His positive and proactive approach helps set the tone for our company culture.
Todd was promoted to Vice President about two years ago and now oversees the Commercial EV side of our business. He’s had the opportunity to be hands-on in all our dealership and travel plaza installations—sometimes literally getting his hands (and clothes) dirty. Todd’s focus has been project oversight, project management, documentation management, customer relationships, and occasional gofer when the field crew needs something to remain productive.
