Renua Energy Recognizes Zachary “Duffy” Duff with the Resilience Award
Renua Energy’s Zachary “Duffy” Duff has served as a technician on the Renua team for the past year and a half. This past year Duffy was the recipient of the coveted Renua “Resilience” award, for demonstrating mental toughness and fortitude, while working to overcome obstacles and accomplish the mission. His steady presence in the field and commitment to getting the job done the right way continue to reflect the core values of our team.
Duffy has persevered through significant personal losses and always portrays a positive, “can-do” attitude. Even during challenging moments, he shows up ready to work, support his teammates, and move projects forward with focus and determination.
He has extensive solar and electrical experience and is actively engaged in our DOL-approved apprenticeship program. Duffy continues to sharpen his skills, expand his knowledge, and invest in his long-term growth within the industry.
