Since joining Renua Energy in October 2023, RJ has played an important role in the company’s continued growth and success. A lifelong New Yorker, RJ graduated from Hudson Valley Community College with a degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance before beginning his career in the field. Prior to joining Renua, he worked as a Field Service Technician primarily focused on automation and motor control systems, building a strong technical foundation that now supports large-scale commercial energy projects.
Today, RJ leads teams across Renua’s commercial operations, overseeing the development and execution of solar energy systems and EV charging infrastructure projects for businesses throughout the region. His ability to manage complex projects while maintaining strong communication and organization has made him a valuable leader within the company and a trusted resource for both customers and crew members.
In an industry where timelines, coordination, and adaptability are critical, RJ has become known for staying composed under pressure and consistently finding solutions in challenging situations.
